Every time I call the restaurant it is closed. I know the food has gone downhill the last several months but is it closed for good?

I've been a faithful costumer of this business for years and always liked their food and the service wasn't that bad either. On the 28th of December I placed an order for pick up and when I got home trusting that all was great like always with the food I get here I started eating with my family and slowly we started to feel weird about the food because the smell was off and the taste was awful at times. I stopped and inspected the food and discovered I was sold spoiled rice and veggies with a rotten smell, my pad thai was dry and rubber looking and tasting, and the coconut soup had little white curds and a sour taste to the milk and vegetables that were put on it. I took pictures of the moldy vegetables and the smooched rotten food I was served by this place but it doesn't make service to awful smell and taste. I am so disappointed that a human being is capable of serving such thing to another person. I called the restaurant after I noticed this but no one pick up and there was no option to leave a message. If you ask me I will tell you that I would like my money back and that I will make sure to bring my business elsewhere, where costumer care and food hygiene is not taking lightly. I advise everyone to be extra vigilant with what you get from here because the hygiene and food care is not looking to be a priority here.

I've been coming to Sivalai for years. the food was always consistently delish. I got take out on 6/2/23. I got Pad Thai, and the wife got mango fried rice. her fried rice was undercooked, under seasoned, and bland. my pad thai was missing ingredients as well. Both were just not good. I was able to fix hers by another saute with some salt and curry powder. I didn't know what was wrong with the pad thai, so I suffered through it. The normal crew was not there and it showed. I'll think twice next time.

Don't eat here if you are allergic to anything because they aren't going to listen to that when you order.Also found a small glass-like foreign object in the food while picking through it, so that's not cool at all.

I got the yellow curry and it was so good, as well as the Thai rolls. They were crunchy and you could tell it wasn't old veggies being used. It's small and really cute.
