Got a tuna sub through the mobile app. Went home, unwrapped it and I couldn’t even see the tuna because there was barely any. Just stale bread and about 3 handfuls of lettuce.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub 6”.
Italian herb and cheese bread, bacon, rotisstyl chicken,shredded Monterey cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers, peppercorn ranch sauce . Toasted. Received my sub when got home and all of this was on it plus onions, lettuce and pickles . I did not want these on my sandwich and it didn’t have peppercorn ranch sauce it had sweet honey mustard. This isn’t the first time this has happened. So disappointed. I tried calling the store and phone rang about 10 times and it hung up. Tried this twice. Will not be going back .

I’ve been coming to this subway for years . We bring our son with us who gets just chicken. Today we went a the employees were so rude especially the guy there. The owner knows us. I don’t think we be back. This isn’t first time we have dealt with rude employees there

I recently placed an order through the Subway mobile app at the Fairhaven, MA location, requesting toasted bread with tuna. Upon picking up my order, I noticed that the tuna itself had been toasted as well, which was not my intention. I returned to the store to politely request that the sandwiches be remade without toasting the tuna.
The owner reviewed my receipt and noted that the order was part of an online promotion. He informed me that while they could remake the sandwiches, I would need to repurchase the order. When I asked why the tuna was toasted along with the bread, he explained that this is the standard procedure unless specified otherwise in the special instructions. I mentioned that the app does not provide an option to indicate this preference. The owner suggested I use the website for future orders and began to display irritation.
When I inquired if he was the owner and asked for his business card or contact information for the Subway Franchise Representative, he stated that he had neither and recommended I contact Subway directly. He then indicated that if I was not going to repurchase the order, I should leave the premises, or he would call the police to enforce my departure.
Overall, I found the interaction to be disappointing due to the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the owner.

I want to personally thank Jerry, Tania, and Nick. The 3 of you were excellent, and made my visit there all the better. Thank you for the great job you all do. After reading some reviews, I personally feel that the workers there are getting a "bad rep" and to me that's because of the owner, Pasuale LA Marra, I think he doesn't care about his staff let alone the building, and that truly sucks for the staff working there. I feel the staff are amazing ppl, and they do a wonderful job of keeping the place clean and running smoothly, also their friendly smiles and positive attitudes are what the world and (most businesses) need. I sure hope that Pasuale realizes how great these employees are. But my gut tells me he could care less. So I just want to say to the 3 employees I met there tonight that I'm very grateful to have met you all, and I hope no matter where life takes you that you all remain as positive as you were tonight, it really put a smile on my face to have had the opportunity to meet you all tonight and the service you provided was more than excellent. Again thank you Jerry, Tania, and Nick. Hope to see u all again soon.
Vegetarian options: You can make anything you want for vegetarians, there are many endless possibilities with all the veggies available.

You're staff member was incredibly rude. I did nothing to him, was completely polite while he was visibly and verbally frustrated with my orders. All while the franchise owner was right their and just smiled away. That has to be the sadest subway I've ever been to.
