I came here with my parents, husband, and kids. Everything was tasty, cooked perfectly, and delicious. It is honestly the best Chinese food I have had in years. Everywhere else has gone downhill. We will be making the trip all the way here from now on.

The soups were the best we’ve ever had. We also had shrimp fried rice and it was also wonderful. If we lived in the area we’d eat here every week. The best and the prices were more than reasonable

I used to love Sweet Ginger! Just hearing those words "Sweet Ginger", you knew you were going to get wrecked! And struggle to walk out of that place without limping... Knowing how good this place used to be, and what it has now become; is painful to even talk about. This place used to have massive portions and one of the best tasting Chinese food ANYWHERE. Since reopening inside dining; post covid, this place has totally fallen apart. 70% of the restaurant is blocked off and just used as storage. Boxes upon boxes stacked.. interior looks horrible. Worst of all, the food is terrible!.... the portions have become this pathetic TV dinner sized plate with a single ice-cream scoop sized fried rice(for the high cost)..... and the food tastes like the geese droppings left all over brooklawn park.

I love the owner, she’s so sweet. I got the Guy Po Lo mein.. its like the pupu for 2 but instead of fried stuff you get lomein, beef, jumbo shrimp & mixed vegetables. Surrounded by chicken fingers. Definitely my new go to.
