Love this taco bell and they are always so nice but every time they forget something in my order. I’ve tried to be really forgiving but it’s been happening for years. Tonight they forgot at least three things and gave me the wrong thing. Giving another chance.

Place is dirty, gloor mats laid out on chairs, place looks like its not even open for business. Service took 20 minutes from order to prep. Soda machine down. Owner needs to fix this store

I HATE complaining. I work in the food industry so I understand when things get busy etc. But WHY 85% of the time I order I get hard and burnt nacho fries?! Is there something I should be doing/saying when placing my order? I just want them fresh.
Waste of money every time I have to throw them out. :(

The Fairhaven Taco Bell is the absolute BEST IN THE WORLD! As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I’ve been to many. This one does not compare. The staff, the managers, everyone is amazing! Cami loves you guys (quesadilla girl)

The tacos I got tonight were terrible they didn’t even taste like tacos there was very little meat and it tasted like regular Hamburg it will be a long long time until I return to that’s business
