My husband and I had donut factory’s donuts for our wedding and it was a hit! Guests kept complimenting on how delicious they were! I need to give the owner Jackie a major shout out because she still showed up and set up our donut display while breaking her hand earlier that morning of our wedding day. I would have been totally fine with canceling but she is a true and reliable business owner who shows up for her customers! She’s also very personable and took the time to get to know us as a couple along with helping our dreams come true with our wedding 😍 if you’ve never had donut factory please go ahead and plan a day to head there sometime because not only will you get some yummy donuts, you will also get a memorable customer experience!

The place is a joke. The prices are insane almost 7 dollars for a donut. A mediocre old stake dried out donuts at that. Rude service and dirty establishment. It's like you're paying for the privilege to be disappointed by this place. Nice way to price yourself out of the market so room to raise prices because honestly 2 donuts and you can already buy a dozen and a coffee from Dunkin donuts. Place is trash.

This place is soooo good. The food is great, the sao george linguica pockets are INCREDIBLE. I had one once and have gone back many times just to keep getting it. The fancy donuts are works of art. They have a pretty wide menu but it’s not super clearly displayed. They have paper ones upon request but I just look at the uber eats menu ahead of time. The staff here is all very friendly, there’s a younger man with short hair who has always been helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. Seems like a family business which we love to see. My favorite Saturday stop for good food and a little treat :)
Vegetarian options: not vegan but some dishes have no meat. most have cheese. there’s smoothies? also the bakery stuff
Wheelchair accessibility: the curb dips near entrance, door is not automatic, easy to navigate inside no steps or whatever
Always good, very friendly staff. Having walking difficulties I use the drive up. Although I have gone inside and my purchase has always been carried to my car. 10 star service.
