Stopped in for breakfast, greeted by an enthusiastic woman who made our visit all that much better! Hard working mom of two boys, just like my wife, with similar interests.... Could they be, long lost, unknowing best-friends???

Breakfast was delightful. I had the Cacoila and Cheese Roll Benny with the house coffee! We'll be back!

It's an okay diner and relatively inexpensive. The service and atmosphere varies depending on the day and time - sometimes it's prompt, sometimes it's VERY loud. The people are genuine (good days and bad days) without saccharine fake happiness. They do fun themed restaurant decorating (anything from Minecraft to Patriots game day). The food isn't bad, but it's not high quality, more on par with getting McD's, so plenty of people will enjoy the food, but if you're wanting sausage that doesn't make you squirm when considering the ingredients or pancakes made from scratch, consider other options.

I love going to The Phoenix. I go with all my family at least a couple of times a month. The owners wife is the friendliest person, such a sweetheart. I even get hugs. Love this place and the food is delicious breakfast or lunch!!!

Went in for breakfast today and we got a table right away, however that was the only good thing about or visit. It took the waitress about 10-15 min to come over to us. When she did we were ready to order. She told us she could not take our order at that time because she had another table she had to take order for first. Ok. So we waited. She took the food order a few tables down, then she decided to clean off some tables, fill up coffees and toed tables. Bring over bills. Waited to collect payment on said bills. Hung out at the cooking station. We waited another 15 minutes as she just hung around. At this point I asked another waitress for the bill so we could just pay for my husbands coffee. The worst experience with a waitress and her hospitality I have ever experienced. That was the first and last time we will ever go there.

Been going here for years very disappointed with the food watery eggs toast not even toasted and what happened to those awesome home fries they were very bland

Our experience: A member of our party ordered the steak omelet. The omelet was very bland. They took one bite, then informed the waitress. The waitress stated they don't use seasonings due to people having allergies. Never heard of that before! Whe the bill came it included the refused meal's cost. I asked the waitress to take off the meal that was not eaten. The waitress said she needed to ask the owner. The waitress came back and stated she took the meal off of the bill. She said they would take off the charge This Time only and would not do it again in the future, because it was wasting food. This did not sit well with us. I must say that the service was excellent. We had a great waitress. I did tip the waitress 20% on the pre adjusted bill amount. We are frequent customers. The food is great. I did not appreciate the response I received from the owner.

Terrible service sat down and waited for 15 minutes to even talk to anyone about taking our order waitress was very rude. We had to get up and leave. Definitely do not recommend this place. Horrible service.
