Absolutely the most unprofessional Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to. Their posted hours are open till 9pm. They decided to close before 6pm and the app is still taking orders.
When I arrive Im told they are closed and there is no way to refund me. The manager proceeds to tell me Ill have to file a dispute with my credit card. Meanwhile there is a heavy set young female associate sitting at one of the tables screaming and hand gesturing her opinions for me as a customer....read full review

I have never come to this place and waited in line less than 20 minutes. Even if there is only 1 person in front of me. I’m waiting over 20 minutes.
