Update - I've reached out to corporate, who is supposed to let the owner know. Their employee is STILL contacting me as of 10-21-25.
-----One of their workers, Kae, is harassing me online - not sure what her problem is but now I'm scared to come to this establishment. She is not only racist but has been reported for following and harassing me and STILL DOING IT. These are the kinds of people you hire?? She's going to end up stalking someone who comes to the store. My daughter is 4 and handicapped with Cerebral Palsy and autism and she CONTINOUSLY TALKS ABOUT HER.

I love you guys but now that the drive thru is gone it’s much to hard for me to go inside. I miss the smoothies but going inside is just not an option I’m glad you are still in fhvn. Hope that you keep doing well . I’m just not going to be going there much any more.

Great experience. But, they keep offering FREE smoothie on app, but IT NEVER Works. Had to go in person which kinda ruins the whole point of ordering ahead. They were quick though.

I really wish this location had a drive thru. Every time I place an order on the app, I’m waiting at least 10 mins past the pickup time stated in the app. TSC never has the fastest service but this location seems a bit slower than the rest.

So my husband went in this Tropical Smoothie and ordered 1 drink. I watched no less then 6 groups of people order after him and leave before him. Poor customer service is an understatement.
Been very happy since they've reopened! However, I would give a full 5 stars but lately when I place food orders in the app, I'll pick up my order and when I arrive home realize they didn't make it right. Past few times I've gotten the Pesto egg wrap with added chicken and they forget the chicken. It's a shame since I'm paying extra only to not get exactly what I ordered. Please pay attention to food receipts for accuracy! Otherwise everything else has been great!
