Terrible service. We are the only 2 people in here they gave us the wrong sandwhich we ordered to bacon breakfast burritos they gave us bacon sandwhiches and then the 2nd attempt they gave us sausage breakfast burritos. I will never come back to this Wendy’s again!

How do you run out of fries? That's like every meal.... Only find out at the pickup window. Then forgot half my order which of course I realized after driving off. Forgot the second toy for the kids meal Forgot the second milk And then as they are handing me a vanilla frosty. They say and there's no chocolate here's vanilla. Like good thing we don't have any allergies. What a disaster.
Oct 17 2025 5:30p- waited in line for 15 + mins, ordered 2 meals. 2 other cars in front of me were waiting even longer in the parking lot. The inside was closed, and the line behind me left the property.. I dont know who owns this Wendy's but they're doing a poor job at it. Something needs to be done or they should close the doors and give fairhaven the space to put an actual business there in their space..

Food wasn't great at this location. Sloppy, over-sauced, and overcooked burgers. Soggy room temp fries. I don't know why Wendys' vary so much in quality compared to other FF chains, but this one does not make the cut.

I've been here multiple times but last night was the worst food I've ever gotten. I ordered two Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, both of them had black burnt bacon on them. The employee seriously couldn't just tell me to wait a little longer to recook more bacon or just lie to me and say "we don't have bacon" if they didn't have time? It is completely unacceptable to give a customer BURNT food! Surely no manager would be okay with that (I would hope)!

Eva the general manager has an insane attitude. They got flies all over the back kitchen. People be using their phone with gloves on. People this is no where like the quality of mcdonald’s. Don’t eat at this location.
