My wife and I visited the area from Maine on our 1 year wedding anniversary and decided to stop here for breakfast (for her) and lunch (for me) before taking a tour of the Lizzy Borden house. Food was amazing and staff was friendly and place was clean. Definitely recommended this place to stop and grab a bite.
The service was prompt and the food was good. Al Macs has this old school diner charm.

Like an old fashioned diner. Plenty of parking, VERY reasonable prices for food. Came her for breakfast and my cup of coffee was never emtpy. Our waitress was very attentive. Came here for breakfast at 845a and lots of seating around. Immediately greeted upon entering. The place has been around for a long time. Could use some updating and refreshing inside.
