Food was actually very good. Some good looking new menu items. Service was fine and inside the restaurant was typical Applebee's. Mind you a 3 from me is not a bad thing. It met expectations.

I want to talk about an experience I had at the Applebee’s in Fall River. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant is always welcoming and we look forward to coming in every week. From the hostess who greets us with a smile and friendly hello, to the server who has become a personal friend we always feel welcome and cared for. The manager, Jack, always is on the scene and makes it his mission to come over and speak to us. He has become a friend and is very entertaining. We see him greet other guests and everyone seems delighted with his attentiveness.
