I was disappointed with today's visit, when I got to the speaker I was asked to hold on ,now mind you I was on my way to bring hubby to work so we were crunched for time , we sat there for 10 min. then she takes the car in line 2 that got there after us,I finally make my order, I get to the window to pay ,the order was $5.66 I gave her $20.76 and she got confused and the manager had to come over ,even though she typed the amount I gave her into the register and it told her how...read full review
So horrible and so slow especially drive-thru and if you want to go inside
I can not express enough how professional, polite, and kind the staff working early this afternoon was to me. I left the location in a better mood than I arrived. I would say that is above and beyond. Every McDonald's worker should be trained here first! They are obviously doing something right. I also had a large order for co-workers and they got everything right! Thank you for being exceptional in service. It does not go unnoticed.
