Ive been ordering delivery from dominos for a few years now. A lot more when I moved to Fall River being from Boston and lived down the street. My second time ordering from the s main location and tonight (Monday night) I had the best Philly steak pizza (which is my usual). Ordering @10ish at night I was worried my order would be rushed and thrown together. Long story short…. I had two...read full review
The food itself is fine; the main issue is the difficulty of actually placing an order. Whenever I call for delivery, there seems to be a 70% chance that I will be left on hold indefinitely, a 20% chance that I’ll be told the restaurant is understaffed, and only about a 10% chance that someone actually answers and takes my order. Domino's Pizza provides a generally positive experience based on recent reviews. The thin crust is appreciated for being pretty good, though some customers find the sauce a little too sweet. The car side service is highly valued, with a promise of a free pizza if the order is a minute late. This location is often considered the best Domino's in the area, known for fast service and quality pizzas. Customers mention that in-store orders can sometimes involve long wait times, but the food quality remains excellent. The prices are somewhat high, but the delicious food, friendly staff, and occasional freebies make the visit worthwhile. The staff, including the chef and team, are praised for their professionalism and kindness, especially during large orders like 20 pizzas for a school chorus class. The store is kid-friendly, with friendly staff and easy parking, and popular items include the stuffed bacon cheesy bread. Overall, this Domino's location is recognized for great service, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
