“My mocha iced coffee was great this morning. People are saying that it has hot chocolate in it. I should’ve asked. I wonder if it does but either way it was great and my sandwich with my avocado spread was absolutely delicious. Croissant Fresh friendly service drive-through Girll was very nice. Thank you.“

“Someone was parked in the drive through and was there for atleast an hour and whoever it was, was an employee. It is incredibly inconsiderate to park there when there were 6 parking spots open. People having to scratch their rims to get by and almost side swiping the car at 11 in the morning isn’t something people want to deal with. # not cool but the staff in there are always amazing and on point usually, hence why i wanted to voice the frustration of me and other customers as well.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a couple of years and used to get great service. Lately though, especially over the past year, my mobile orders are rarely ready when I arrive—even though I order ahead. I usually visit on weekends and always see just one person working, with a growing line of customers. It’s frustrating, and I’m not sure why more staff aren’t scheduled during busy times. Hope this gets addressed soon.“

“Our go-to Dunkin'. We live in the Highlands, right next to another Dunkin', and we go down the seven hills just for this Dunkin'!

Years ago, this Dunkin' was in shambles—an absolute disaster. A young woman who used to work at the Dunkin' across from Rockland Trust became a manager and took over this Dunkin'. Let me tell you, whoever decided to put this woman in management made the right call. She should be praised for how she has turned this location around. I remember going in years ago on my way to work to get a coffee. She had just arrived at this location, so it was no fault of her own, but the poor thing was the one who had to deal with my wrath when I came back. I was so mad because it was the millionth time they had gotten my order wrong. I had driven all the way to work and had to come back, and I was so mad. I really told her I had just had it with this location. They'd never get anything right. You could tell she was really upset because her words were that it was just embarrassing and she really genuinely told me she was so sorry. Well, ever since that day, I've never had a problem again. I can honestly say I believe it's because she took over the location and became the manager.

This Dunkn is incredible.They move quickly for the most part. They are accurate 99.9% of the time. I don't think I ever have to go back, ever because of an order issue. The woman at the front knows me by name and my dogs and my husband and puppies get so excited knowing they're seeing their Dunkn friends through the drive through so I always put the windows down so the pups can see their girls.

Good service is really taken for granted these days and people have a tendency to just complain when something goes wrong but never praise people when they do a good job. I have to say that this crew and this location really deserves to be praised because they run a very smooth operation.They are always accurate.They are always friendly and this manager, wish I knew her name but she has been with dunkin' donuts for at least ten years, should really be acknowledged praised and paid for how well she has turned this dunkin'donut's location around. I drive my husband nuts because no matter where we are, I will make him drive to this location if we're going to Dunkn. Doesn't matter what part of the city we're in lol There's times i've even turned dunkn down if he tells me he's not going to the north main street location.

“This is my favorite Dunkin and the first part of my daily morning routine. The crew here is like family and the people who work there have been working there for a while which is saying something. They are sweet, caring, and compassionate considering they're coffee slingers and not my therapists. My coffee is always perfect and I always leave with a smile!“

“I havent been in person yet but I order their Cookie and Cream Frappe for delivery atleast once a week. Ive tried their breakfast sandwiches, various baked goods and genuinely Ive been so satisfied with my order every single time. Its always fresh, delicious, and filling! Highly recommend the Cookie and Cream Frappe, the Sausage Egg and Cheese on the Croissant and the Glazed Cinnmon Roll; those have been my absolute favorite items so far!“

“Coffee are always made right but the parking lot is a disaster. It’s a tight space with a ton of traffic at times. The bathroom inside was atrocious (toilet paper lined the seat and urine everywhere) and one was “out of order”. Hope that was a one time incident“

“While I recommend Dunkin’ I do have to say that the location on Elsbury st in Fall River MA has fallen a little short. I was standing in line today being passed by many fruit flies. I couldn’t believe it I just had to leave to get a coffee somewhere where the standard is held higher.“
