“This coffee shop reminds me of an antique dunkin donuts. The chain never evolved from the 90’s. The food is real good (I ordered sausage/egg/cheese on everything bagel). Service is great and staff is kind. Coffee is better than most places. Prices are comparable to DD which makes me wonder why the place has rusty table and chair legs as well as wood on the walls. The establishment is old but they continue to acquire customers because food and service are great.“
“I love Honey Dew coffee and pastries. Their donuts are usually larger and fuller than dunkin' and the coffee is better. I'm reviewing after reading the review that slams the staff. So unfair. This location puts one person in to run the drive-thru and inside. In the last week, I had 2 different employees and they were super nice - not just basic nice. I think the writer was attempting to be funny at the expense of others. 5/31/23 between 2:00 and 2:30 ish pm, there was an especially awesome employee working (young woman). She had a customer who order 8 assorted fancy beverages and a few pastries. I waited patiently (she's alone). A woman came to the drive thru (I heard the employee inform her that she was alone and on a big order but that she would get to her asap). She was quick and pleasant while working on the big order and apologizing for the wait to others. The drive thru lady comes storming in raving about her wait (couldn't care less about the rest of us inside). The person working told her not to worry about her coupon expiring while she was in line (she shouldn't have clicked on the coupon until she was at the window paying so that was really on her) & that she would take care of it. The raving woman was nasty and threatening this person's job claiming she knows the owner. This customer could be from "Orange is the new Black" NOT the employee! If the owner/manager is reading this, give the employee a bonus for staying calm and cool under pressure and having the guts to tell the woman that she wasn't going to serve her at all if she continued being unpleasant. I would have applauded but the customer/beast looked like she was a brawler and I'm not...“
“Honestly really enjoy this Dunkin', might be my favorite in the city. Manager Marissa runs this operation like the navy. Quick, efficient, always in-and-out service. She will often crack a joke with you while you are there too. Occasionally when I visit there is a weird man who tries to talk to me or follow me through the store and the manager is never afraid to walk up to him to get him to leave me alone.“
“My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.“
