“Let it be known right up front, I'm a Dunkin' guy! Right across the street is a Dunkin, so what am I doing here? Well... I needed something in the store and figured I'd get the coffee here and save myself a stop. That was the first time I was in here, now I come in just because.\n\nThe coffee is good, but that's a given or I wouldn't have returned. What brings me back is the service. The smiles, the greeting, the niceness I just don't get across the street at "the other coffee shop". It's what brings me back in, even though I have a rewards program that gets me free coffee across the street.\n\nIt's tough being across from a DD, and it's even tough to win over a DD customer. But Honey Dew in Westport has succeeded. Try their coffee, and keep coming back for the service.“

“finally stopped in and everything was great! I got the gluten free donut (the mochi I think its called) and it was delicious! my daughter loved her chocolate frosted fruity pebbles donut (which came free with my coffee!). they have different specials on different days. we will definitely be back! lady at the counter was super sweet and informative.“

“Been back a couple times now having tried different things with my coffee.
1.) Coffee is very consistent and good, I don't know about the flavors, if you like coffee flavored coffee it's a no brainer.
2.) The donut with the light coat of glaze is dangerous!....Light, airy and melts like cotton candy in your mouth, I'm glad I didn't try it until I was to far away to turn around for more.
3.) The linguisa sandwiches are fantastic, I have a feeling in due time I will try them all multiple times haha“

“Hats off to the owner or manager of this location. I own a business in New Bedford and usually stop by this location on my ride home to grab a coffee. The workers here are always on point and very pleasant, the other day I noticed they had an employee that maybe be considered a little bit less fortunate than others, put the biggest smile on my face“

“I came to honeydew today cuz I was craving a raspberry stick I decided I wanted a latte I usually go to Dunkin Donuts but honeydew is my new spot they made me a s'mores flavored iced latte and it was the best thing I've ever had and the girl behind the counter was so helpful kind patient and even gave me recommendations for my new favorite drink!! “Every morning bout 6 must get a mocha madness a new female at the drive thru last week a little slow understandable this week excellent service 4 minutes from ordering to driveing away wow! Lakeisha Newson, the manager of the 929 Kempton St. location, consistently delivers exceptional customer service and genuine care. She knows how to run a successful store without ever being rude, dismissive, or cutting corners in her service.

While many Dunkin’ locations struggle with inconsistent drink quality, cold or burnt food, and staff with poor attitudes or a sense of entitlement, Lakeisha is the complete opposite. She is the true star of Dunkin’ Donuts—making every morning start off perfectly. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication set a standard that others should follow.

“I havent been in person yet but I order their Cookie and Cream Frappe for delivery atleast once a week. Ive tried their breakfast sandwiches, various baked goods and genuinely Ive been so satisfied with my order every single time. Its always fresh, delicious, and filling! Highly recommend the Cookie and Cream Frappe, the Sausage Egg and Cheese on the Croissant and the Glazed Cinnmon Roll; those have been my absolute favorite items so far!“

“While I recommend Dunkin’ I do have to say that the location on Elsbury st in Fall River MA has fallen a little short. I was standing in line today being passed by many fruit flies. I couldn’t believe it I just had to leave to get a coffee somewhere where the standard is held higher.“
