Decent service and coffee
I would like to start this review by highlighting one individual who stands out above the entire Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. Lakeisha Newson, the manager of the 929 Kempton St. location, consistently delivers exceptional customer service and genuine care. She knows how to run a successful store without ever being rude, dismissive, or cutting corners in her service.
