I've been to this location 50+ times (During both the morning and night shifts). The WHOLE team (minus 2 or 3 people) are cancers of negativity and never-ending complaining and tension announced to the whole store... 🙄 ..... Take it from me. Even the most horrible jobs can be made fun and enjoyable with a good attitude. Hope ownership or corporate takes note and turns this store around. 🙏 - ***Also, cleaning the entry glass really should be done a few times a day... I don't think it's been touched by Windex in a month.

It never fails to make something wrong or give me something wrong. and I go back just out of the fact it's the closest to home. My coffee always taste bad every single time, so I stopped for awhile in hopes that maybe it will change. Went today and gross again. Just taste old and burnt. Also asked for two chocolate frosting sprinkle donuts and a coffee roll. Not to mention this is an online order so there is a receipt that prints out that says exactly what the order is. My fiance went to pick it up for me comes back with two chocolate glazed donuts and a strawberry frosted with sprinkles. I'm someone who has worked at Dunkin before not this location but another location and it's not that hard get it together.

If there was a zero star that's exactly what I'd give this place . I'm a dunking girl and I work near this one . My favorite one is on milliken boulevard, Always on point I usually have someone pick me up a large iced Americano , 1 cream , I sugar. Every single time I get it from this Dunkin only (because of convenience ) It makes no difference if I write it on a piece of paper . It's always totally screwed up . It's mind boggling , how on earth does your staff not know that an americano consists of 2 shots of espresso and water . I will stress 2 shots not one . It's not a cheap coffee . The coffee looks like coffee milk . Seriously, I don't mind paying, but damn it train your staff properly. Its embarrassing for you and frustering for the costumer . I am so done with this dunkin. Spoke with management and no compensation for this recurring issue , not even a gift card . Thursday night I ordered an americano and received a pumpkin iced coffee . I just threw it out with disgust for this place .

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The employees are rude and unprofessional; I had a negative experience where an employee refused to help me resolve a simple issue, escalated the situation, and became hostile when I questioned their behavior. They need to get employees that are better equipped at handing issues without having an attitude.

Early mornings and only certain evenings is a good time to go to this location. I can assure you early evenings there will be a woman in there swearing and being extra ghetto and making her own drinks with the help of staff handing her ingredients to do so. These are the times to stay far away. I almost forgot about the zombie that works there, a zombie where I’m from means a drug addict that cannot get it together especially at work with eyes rolling back and literally messing up EVERY order. Other than that love the way most staff makes my coffees.

Waited in line for 20+ min just for some lady to cut in line on other side of drive through bumper to bumper with the man in front of us, friend and I argued with her. Workers came out and said nothing to the lady and didn’t make her move her car. After yelling at us in the car they let her continue to cut and order anyways. Staff used to always be nice and understanding but today they payed no knowledge and only complained about their ears. Terrible service and no want to actually help customers. Globe street needs to fix their dunkin drive through bc regardless of today you have cars waiting on both sides when there’s one entrance for the drive through. Ridiculous.
