One lady that works the counter almost every morning is the most RUDE and ignorant lady I’ve ever talked to. anything extra I’d ask in my coffee she would roll her eyes & rush me & just gives the biggest attitude the more I order. This is every single day, then she makes the coffee horrible almost seems on purpose.
got called bicth by Kayla a manager because she's working by herself and I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and an order of snacking bacon wow it's a shame to talk to your customers like that I don't recommend Pleasant Street Dunkin Donuts to nobody the worst in the city
