We stopped at Raising Kanes for the first time very late last night (Sun. 10/26/25) and the service was excellent. The girl was very patient with us as we were studying the drive thru menu. She was very polite and helpful. We absolutely loved our combo chicken fingers box with the Texas toast, Cole slaw and delicious fries! We'll definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for a great experience!

1 star due to hours being wrong, closes at midnight yet looks like it’s open

The chicken was very good. However, the lack of assortment was surprising. They have no pickles or cheese if you would like to add them to your sandwich. It was also surprising that the sandwich is literally 3 of the tenders on a bun, not a different menu item. I ordered 3 sandwich meals all without sauce on them, opting to have it on the side. However, they still put sauce on all 3. I only had to return 1 sandwich, bc only 2 person did not like the sauce. They let us keep the mistake sandwich which was nice of them. Service was good, and the attendant also wished they had pickles.

The food was great, but it was a little bit messy in there dirty tables. Then they give you four gigantic chicken strips with only one tiny cup of dipping sauce. I had to buy more. Also, if you want to have a conversation, definitely not the place, very noisy.

Hi, I wanted to reach out because I placed a large order yesterday — a pan of 75 chicken fingers, two pans of fries, and 10 extra sauces, totaling around $180 for a party. Before leaving, we asked if all the sauces were included because it didn’t look like enough, and we were told yes. After driving home (about 35 minutes from Fall River), we realized the only sauces in the bags were the 10 extras we paid for.

Everyone knows Raising Cane’s is known for its sauce, and unfortunately, many of our guests couldn’t enjoy it properly because we only had 10 small containers for 75 chicken fingers. Large catering orders like this should really be double-checked before pickup. We were super disappointed that people had to eat theirs with ketchup instead.

I ordered the Caniac combo and received strips as small as the ketchup packets you serve. Unreal. $20 for nuggets.

no integrity, no responsibility for their mistakes, and not willing to even own up to their mistakes. don't look cross eyed at a manager ..or they'll have you arrested

In years past, I've enjoyed Rasing Canes near my mom's house in another State. Last month, Rasing Canes opened a location near me. Got the family excited to try it (based on how it was when I had it elsewhere). Parked and went inside, which was crowded and no where to wait for the others. Chaotic. Once I got our food, I couldn't leave because the parking lot set up is so horribly designed, that the backed up drive thru line completely blocked myself and others from leaving. So after a stressful 20 minutes to get out, obviously that's 20 minutes of our food no longer being fresh. Got home and items were missing from the order (toast missing in one and coleslaw missing in other). The portion size of fries was comparable to a kids meal at a fast food joint. The chicken strips shrunk too. The fries and chicken were flavorless. The chicken was dry and stale. For $30 didnt even feel like a meal, but more like a snack. and a disappointing snack at that. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of money, waste of a meal. I dont recommend (unless youre near a rare one that is an exception to this)

Raising Cane's: Super Yummy Chicken!
I found a new restaurant called Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. It just opened in town, and a lot of people were there! My daughter loves chicken, so I had to stop in for lunch.
I went around 2 in the afternoon. Even then, the food was super fresh! I ordered the four-piece chicken meal. The chicken fingers were hot and tasty—the best part of the meal.
They have a special Cane's Sauce that tastes amazing. It goes perfectly with the chicken and fries.
The restaurant is very new, only about three months old. It was so clean and bright inside. They have a station where you can get your own soda or fresh tea (sweet or plain).
I really, really liked it! If you love chicken fingers and fries, you should go here. I'm taking my daughter back soon because I know she will love it, too!
Grade: A+ (It's a great place!)
