Great staff!! Clean store! Fast and friendly!
Brand had a BOGO deal and workers were short staffed and not trained to handle such volume. Every member of staff was kind, considerate, and trying. Because they have open floor plan, you can literally hear everyone talking to each other trying to figure it out. Management set them out up to fail. I hope that workers are awarded for their service. Five guys is good. This location’s attention to detail is not, however. I always order online and more often than not there is an issue with my burger. Either they will put cheese on a burger that was ordered without cheese or they will miss an ingredient. Today I paid extra for a bacon burger, and it had no bacon on it.
