I moved to this area about 3 years ago and have to commend the evening staff at this Starbucks. In particular the one with short gray hair, I believe their name was Hana (I think they are the manager or at least they should be). They have always been extremely pleasant and attentive even when busy and made me feel welcome to a new place all that time ago. Made my order and ensured I was satisfied. Whoever made my coffee on 1/6/24 I hope you find a $100 on the ground, never run out of hot water, and always get a good parking spot. This was the sexiest coffee Ive ever had in my life and I order this all the time.

The management needs to do a better job of protecting their employees. A customer who apparently had a life or death situation over a damn missing drink degrated an employee. Repeatedly calling her fowl names. Then had the audacity to write a Google review bad mouthing said employee but didn't include the part where she made a scene and was rude. If this was my establishment she would've been asked to leave.
