Over the past 2 nights I've done 3 door dashes. I was more than polite & patient. The drive thru window was the only option at that hour but nobody was at the microphone.
The First night 10/5/25 around midnight - I waited 5 minutes. Said hello 5 times. Not a sound. So i drove up and waited patiently till they saw me at the window. I wasn't agitated or anything and they were entirely nice at the window about it.
