Stood at the counter for next to 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken, noone ever came up or even acknowledged I was there
Employees name was Mike. He made my sandwich so neatly stacked. Never had a sandwich like that

I had a rip off sandwhich . Never again will I order here. Usually they are fine.The sandwhich was almost empty and 4 bites you were done for the price it cost I could have gone to the other subplace. Imagine if I had ordered the small one.It tasted weird too. Good luck folks . Hope your is better.

Understaffed only one person in here working. Ordered online waited for my sandwich to be made after pickup time. Sandwich was wrong and items i ordered were unavailable. They cant refund online orders so i had to eat the cost of the unavailable items which is due to lack of employees. Don't bother with this location

I wanted to let everybody know about the globe st.store had a slight issue with an employee and the general manager called me back within 24 hrs which is amazing and she handled the situation great and truly cares about her customers and passion for running a buisness TY Deana you do an Amazing job :)

The short female manager there is the worst! No matter how nice you try to be the her you'll find out that depending on whether or not she likes you or her mood she can be passive aggressive and down right nasty about even the simpliest things. I'm talking about things the business itself provides and offers the customers to begin with ranging from extra toppings, coupons, and to almost nothing. If she has an issue with how subway operates and with what subway offers and provides the customer then maybe she should take that up with the ownership and not mumble it to other employees right in front of the customer or take it out on the customer period. From my experiences with her she was also the type that If she made a mistake, couldn't explain something, or didn't want to do or fulfill an order a certain way she would make excuses and even try to lie her way out of it if she had too. From what I observed she also appeared to be the type that will purposely neglect things just so that she don't have to deal with or have to do any extra work she don't want or like doing.

I went there thursday 4/17/25 and Tina waited on me she was absolutely Nasty!!! gave me a nasty attitude about toasting my chicken salad wrap , saying how no one toasts chicken salad , specially on a wrap!! , she picked up the phone and was also nasty to someone on the phone , she said “ why would we not open on good friday !! with a disgusting attitude!” with someome on the phone!
I’ve never experienced such nasty customer service , and when i left she made a comment how its not her fault they didnt have chicken salad . I cant believe she has a job there with such nasty personality! . i will never go there again and i will spread the word to everyone to avoid this place , I work at city hall so i will definitely spread the word . She needs to get fired!!

Milan I believe is girls nickname was so nice and courteous she was fast efficient and friendly my 10 yr old son thought she was the best and hopes to see her there permanently

I presented a coupon for $6.99 for a foot long sub. And it wasn't entered in when I noticed the credit card had already gone through and coupon wasnt entered i asked the associate if coupon was entered and the girl working was very pleasant but she said it wasnt entered she apologized.She called her manager or the owner of the store and they refused to give me my money back or refund to me and or re-ring to use the 6.99 footlong coupon. So instead I paid 13.99 for the sub. Not happy especially since I presented coupon and it wasn't entered and the manager did not care.
Friendly employees. Fresh bread and vegetables. Always attentive about what you want and don't want on your sub. Best subway in fall river hands down.
