I presented a coupon for $6.99 for a foot long sub. And it wasn't entered in when I noticed the credit card had already gone through and coupon wasnt entered i asked the associate if coupon was entered and the girl working was very pleasant but she said it wasnt entered she apologized.She called her manager or the owner of the store and they refused to give me my money back or refund to me and or re-ring to use the 6.99 footlong coupon. So instead I paid 13.99 for the sub. Not happy especially since I presented coupon and it wasn't entered and the manager did not care.

Subs very skimpy. They didn't have lettuce. The diet coke wasn't working. Paid 31.33 for three paper thin pieces of turkey on a footling sub. Veggies were also skimped on. Won't come back here. Employees were nice

The new hired manager has been so kind to me today. I had an issue with DoorDash not giving me my food and the manager and this employee with red hair was so kind to help me and remake my food for me and was so understanding and helped me ease my mind.

The guy was working alone, took a long time (which is fine) but was EXTREMELY rude. Beyond reasonable. He even swore at me. He doesn't know the menu. Honestly, he should be removed working with the public until he can get trained properly.
