Delivery truck blocked drive through. Forced to go inside during the cold winter and then couldn't even order with a person. Had to go get a manager who was too busy putting truck away to take my order. What a joke was unable to even order food to eat. Ended up walking out

My family ordered 2 rice bowls and beef chalupa supreme combo. All that came together on the app for $40 and, in my opinion, is just mediocre. Everything was made to order and done when I arrived.
Dietary restrictions: I asked for some items with out tomato and this place listened.
Kid-friendliness: Easy to order with kids. No kids meals here though.
Tell the kid working the drive-thru to keep his god damn jokes to himself.

The worst location I have ever delivered for. They never greet you. Look at the workers there. They are walking slow when they have a bunch of orders. Moving slow making the food. Very rude to customers. None of the workers care and it shows with how they work. Drivers for delivery apps have to take these orders because their ratings get affected knowing they will wait 25 minutes for an order to be made as they sit there and no one greets them.
Always missing items when delivered. Absolutely worst taco bell location to order from in fall River Ma.

I just want to thank every employee at this Taco Bell for doing an amazing job. I get off of work every night at 11:30PM and end up here around midnight a few nights out of the week. No matter if it’s dead or slammed, they get my order right every time and give correct portions. The other Taco Bell on Plymouth Ave is absolutely trash and so is the one in Dartmouth, as they mess up even the smallest orders. Thank you Mariano crew you guys are the best
