food is okay but you cannot get in contact with anyone when something is wrong. I was charged twice for my order and cant call the store, can't call the corporate, can't get in contact with any kind of customer service. Nothing can be done for me apparently unless I drove back to the store I went and tried to talk to someone there. I dont even live in that state. I paid $70 for my order which should've barely been 30. Im not going to eat here again.
Today, the 17th, I left for my lunch break at 5:28 PM. It is now 6:00 PM, and I am still stuck in line—my entire lunch hour has been wasted waiting, all while I watch them hand out food to the cars behind me. This time around, they were a total disaster.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and hot chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast. Customers often praise the delicious food and the helpful, polite staff. Many enjoy the combo chicken fingers box with Texas toast, cole slaw, and fries, finding it satisfying and tasty. The chicken fingers are crispy and flavorful, and the fries are cooked to perfection. The Texas toast adds a nice touch to the meal, making it a great choice for those craving satisfying chicken and sides. Service at some locations, like the recent experience, has been excellent, with staff showing patience and attentiveness. However, some locations have reported issues with cleanliness, messy tables, and a noisy environment, which can make conversations difficult. Customers also note that the chicken strips are large, but sometimes come with only a small cup of dipping sauce, requiring additional purchases. Despite these minor issues, many find Raising Cane's to be a wonderful place to enjoy tasty chicken fingers and sides, and are eager to return for another visit.
