Order was messed up twice in one instance, it seems like the employees Had better things to do like talk to each other about co workers calling out and being on the phone while working. Loved when I said the order was wrong they said they knew already, real cool seamed like the only people who were working are over 35 in the back making food.

The worst service I have EVER witness in my life, waited 40 min for 2 tacos and fries. Manager and staff were extremely unprofessional. Asked 3 workers to speak to management and was ignored. Finally the manager came to speak to me and refused to give me a refund. Absolutely

I placed a mobile order for a nacho bell grande. My boyfriend went to go pick it up. It took him 20 minutes to get to the window. They asked him to park. He was parked for 10 minutes, she stepped outside with the bag, said 1 minute, went back in again. He waited another 10 minutes. They finally bring out the food. He brings it home. I go to eat it. It is completely inedible. Something is sour and off. I call, explain extremely sweetly cause I know you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Offered to bring it back and she blatantly hangs up on me. I tried to call back doesn't answer. Boyfriend tries to call back They took the phone off the hook. Absolutely unacceptable.
