Manager disconnected on me when I was asking where they got their produce from. She mentioned that it wasn't from the situation going on right now. However, that wasn't the question my question was weird the produce comes from and she disconnected on me. If she didn't know the answer that's okay she didn't need to disconnect nor leave the phone off the hook after that. Manager needs some serious coaching and training
Dead rat outside and an ai manning the drive thru. Drive thru took over 5 minutes.
Got food from app to go nothing was labeled missing food and the food looks like it was thrown together and was a mess
I went back to try again and it's somehow worse been waiting for almost half an hour at this point and keep hearing sorry it's not ready yet time and time again to people coming in I think I've seen 5 people at most actually get food

Taco Bell has had mixed experiences. The service was okay, but some customers had issues with their orders. One customer was charged a different amount for the same food, and when they asked about it, the staff did not help. However, the manager was aware of the problem and handled it. Another issue was with an order being given to the wrong person, and when it was returned, the staff did not want to remake it, which was not acceptable. On the other hand, the night shift has improved, and deliveries are usually made within a few minutes. Some customers have had great experiences, like one who ordered three simple tacos and received "three bomb hard shell tacos" made perfectly. Overall, Taco Bell has its ups and downs, but some staff members are doing a great job, like the one who made the perfect tacos.
