We visited Douro Steakhouse last night. This was our third visit and we were looking forward to enjoying the night. We were not disappointed.
My wife and I took advantage of a Wednesday special…Dinner for two. $59.00 including a shared appetizer, two entrees and a shared dessert.
We began the meal with Sticky Cauliflower. Absolutely delicious. It was very plentiful for two. We then had our entrees…my wife had the Grilled Salmon which she thoroughly enjoyed....read full review

Towne House Fall River / Douro Steakhouse offers a great dining experience with excellent service. The atmosphere is elegant and perfect for special occasions like a birthday dinner. The Portuguese food is amazing, particularly the Filet Mignon Gnocchi and the pistachio chicken pasta, which received high praise. Guests have also enjoyed the ambiance, with the outdoor deck making occasions even more special, especially during a birthday celebration. The drinks are highly rated, and the food is described as top notch, with one guest calling the 8 oz Filet Portuguese Style arguably the best steak they have ever eaten. While service can be slower than expected, taking about two hours, the quality of food and overall experience make it worthwhile. The friendly staff, including attentive service from the waiter, and delicious flavors make up for the wait. Guests have noted that the food is plentiful, often resulting in leftovers, and the decor enhances the dining experience. The bread served with olive oil is warm and tasty, although there are suggestions for improvement. The Duck with figs over fried rice is cooked perfectly, and the chocolate mousse is described as amazing. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended, and guests look forward to returning, especially in the summer when the outside patio is open.
