We are located right next door to Thyme Blossom and we have happily been coming there nearly every day for coffee and breakfast sandwiches!
I just had a strawberry banana smoothie and an amazing bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. Wow. I just wanted to say Thank You Sandy you make the best sandwiches. My strawberry banana smoothie was terrific as well Chris.
Stopped by today to grab a breakfast sandwich and latte and was not disappointed! Also excited to find out it’s a queer owned cafe —the owner was lovely and I’ll definitely be returning. Support small queer owned businesses ♥️

F.R. Balboa is an excellent spot with great choices and healthy options. Easily one of the new favorite spots. The King King smoothie with extra peanut butter is sooooo good. The BLT was delicious, and the club croissant is a new favorite. The hot honey wrap is dynamite. The team loved the chocolate chip scones from the catered breakfast sandwiches, fruit/pastry platters, and sandwich bags. The coffee is great, and the iced coffee with caramel had many flavors to choose from. The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Nice outside dining is available, and the outdoor seating is super cute. This cute little hole in the wall also has a positive owner.
