Love the ice cream! But no other food items available at this location.
đŚđ¨đ§ Ice cream hit the spot, just like youâd expect from Dairy Queen. But this location feels like it missed the memo â if youâre part of the corporate family, act like it! No app rewards, no online ordering, and coupons get the cold shoulder. The treats are timeless, but the experience shouldnât feel stuck in the 1940s.
Usually my rating would be a 5/5 because of how great this place always is but I felt like tonight was handled unprofessionally and honestly not handled at all. I pulled in the parking lot at 8:47 which I know is close to closing time but there were about 5-6 people at the window still and the girl looked right at my car when I pulled in too. I walk up as people are walking back and I make direct eye contact with her through the window and she shut the light off outside. I looked at my phone and it was 8:49 and I know that itâs 10 minutes before closing and she probably didnât want to make another ice cream but there was just people right there, we made eye contact, and there was still 10 minutes till actual closing time. This is the part that got me. Iâm waiting outside to see if she would come back and tell me sorry weâre closed because the light inside was still on but nope, I see her look at me through the back and shut the light off inside too. I thought why couldnât she just tell me politely âsorry we are closedâ and I wouldâve been on my way I feel like it was just handled bad and couldâve been more professional especially since we made eye contact and all. I will 100% come back but I just thought it was really rude.

This was my first time ever going to Dairy Queen, and I was genuinely excited since Iâve heard so many great things about it. Unfortunately, the experience didnât live up to the hype. I ordered ice cream with hot fudge, but most of the fudge was just smeared along the side of the cup instead of actually being on or in the ice cream. It looked like it was tossed together carelessly by a 10 year old. Kind of a letdown for a place thatâs talked about so highly.
That bast ice cream shop in town
They only take cash, which sometimes I forget about- but their portions make up for it! A medium sized cone is swirled to the size of 2 cups, and absolutely layered with crunchy sprinkles! They also do specialty requests and Blizzards that arenât even on the menu anymore (like their sâmores blizzard) and âbrittle crunch coneâ. Their soft serve is the perfect consistency, and not too melty at ALL. I love going here during the summer and they use a 16 oz shake cup for their brownie Oreo cuperfection where you get more icecream than other locations that use a smaller sundae cup. Super good, hearty portions, and great accommodations. It does get quite busy at nighttime but the wait is only for about 30 minutes and itâs fun to socialize with people in the line !
While stating the store closed at 9:00 online, we found out it closed at 8:30. This updated time only applied to customers though. Employees and their friends seemed to thoroughly enjoy the inventory behind the glass counter they prematurely stopped serving at. Iâm sure the Ice Cream is 5 stars, but you wont be getting any at certain hours unless youâre an employee or employee friend.
Theres many better options in town such as Ghelfis and Bills that actually adhere to their hours. Do better DQ.

Always good..well usually..can say 7/15/24 was the first terrible ice cream..first asked for chocolate ice cream in my blizzard she returned with a vanilla one and instead of remaking it especially on her own mistake put chocolate sauce in it to color it and reblended it to mix it so fair to say it was no longer a blizzard just a cup of ice cream still tasting vanilla not one single solitary chunk of anything in it and it was oreo cheesecake...

Great service. Delicious ice cream
Best soft serve around. I'm from off Cape and when we can always make effort to stop and get sundays. They listen to your request and make it your way, how great.Other shops just stick to there standards, why bother going if you can't get what you want. I'll always be a customer. Thank you.
