I ordered a sandwich on my mobile app when I pulled up to the location and went through drive thru I told her about my order twice and she couldn’t hear me until the second time, meanwhile she had her mic on after she finally heard me. I over heard saying something disrespectful towards me as I pulled away. When I got to the window she handed my bag and when I drove off I received my sandwich like that. It was like they intentionally wanted to serve me that. Over all I had a bad experience with my food and customer service.

It's a great place to get coffee quickly and the staff is nice and polite too!Parking: There was free plenty of parking in the big parking lot

If we go to this location 5 times, at least 2 to 3 times they are going to mess up my sandwich,Drive home, no sausage, no cheese, changes every time.My wife drove back and said you forgot my sausage, they said do you have the sandwich, like we would drive back and lie about it, the girl said you should check your sandwich when you get it, we are busy, are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!giving my wife and attitude and said i can add sausage for you, TO THE OLD SANDWICH,You can't fix stupid,I'll be going to the falmouth lacation from now onI just hope it's not the same owner

The ladies that worked there were more focused on hanging out and talking then serving customers. Had to pull up and wait on 2 breakfast sandwiches because of that reason. Customer service first always!

Nice store at a great location but that's where my positive feedback ends. The people weren't friendly and the donuts were served cold like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Not a good experience.

The timers are set to fast to process food correctly for the cook. I was waiting for my hashbrowns I just received my coffee. They hand me the bag hashbrowns open up the bag and hash brown bag. What’s upside down so I asked the lady if she could fix the big turn it around her so I took the bag back and the hashbrowns were lukewarm. They were not even hot enough to eat I asked please heat them up sick and she told me they were on a timer and I had to move for people behind me. She got an attitude with me so I grabbed by bag of cold hash browns I was very dissatisfied!!!

Terrible experience. Had to wait for a long time (more than 15min) although almost no people.... received the wrong food. Exchange took again too long. Do not go to this place.

This location will be very agreeable. However, they will not honor your requests. I have come to this location several times, and have always drove off. Displeased! They overcharged for a cup of water, three dollars and some change. When asking for a wake up wrap to be cooked a little bit longer they said OK and Instead, gave me the very opposite of what I asked for. The level of service here is not worth any further relations, I’d rather eat my loss than talk to them. I don’t know if being mixed has anything to do with it, but I do question.

Every single time we use this location the order is incomplete. We have done walk-in, drive-thru and DoorDash many many times and every single times, several items are missing from our order.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they put American on it. Who would even order a bagel with one slice of American cheese?! What a disappointing way to start my Monday morning

Still absolutely terrible service! Was hoping maybe they realized the "manager" sucked at her job and fired her but I was wrong. This lady has absolutely no business working in this industry. If your the "manager" at this dunks and see this just know your TERRIBLE at your job and need to go into a different line of work.

Mobile order for pick up at window, line was ridiculous, 20 minutes. Would have skipped ordering if I knew the wait would be so long. Sent someone in the store, wait just as long. Last visit to this location. Actually typing this waiting in drive through.

Holy hell WHY hasn't this dunkin been shut down or completely restaffed yet?! This is 30 seconds from my work and I sat in the drive-thru for 25 - not kidding - TWENTY FIVE MINUTES! I had to just leave without getting my drink because my break was over! No use going inside either - they take even longer to get you your order! Today they had the same car sitting at the window for 15 minutes. WHY?! If their order isn't ready, have them swing around to the front and physically bring it out to them so the other cars can get their orders before the ice melts in their drinks!!!! It's not a hard concept! We used to have to do it at the Dunkin I worked at in high school during the lunch and dinner rushes! Also while I was sitting in line, they had a guy bringing recyclables out to the dumpster. Why wasn't he inside HELPING with the customers?!?! Not to mention the staff seem MISERABLE every time I go. It literally would've been faster if I went to the dunkin or starbucks that are 10 minutes from work instead. What an absolute s*** show.
