I ordered a sandwich on my mobile app when I pulled up to the location and went through drive thru I told her about my order twice and she couldn’t hear me until the second time, meanwhile she had her mic on after she finally heard me. I over heard saying something disrespectful towards me as I pulled away. When I got to the window she handed my bag and when I drove off I received my sandwich like that. The ladies that worked there were more focused on hanging out and talking then serving customers. Had to pull up and wait on 2 breakfast sandwiches because of that reason. Customer service first always!
