“Standard Dunkin in a gas station. I usually mobile order here when I get off the Steamship in the morning. I personally have never had an issue with my order, the quality, or service when in the past few years. It's quite convenient being attached to the convenience store.“

“I was in the area for work & stopped in not once but twice! Both times stopping in I decided to try something new. The coffee was great. The second time they were roasting the beans on site. Staff is friendly, moose pie, americano, and white mocha is great.“
“Stopped in for a bagel and a smoothie. Great scallion cream cheese and a lovely fresh Asiago bagel (extra toasted). Husband got an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and said it was good. If you like your bagels crispy, ask for it triple toasted. Smoothie was very creamy and delicious!“

“Mocha Mott’s never disappoints. The coffee is always top-notch, and the food never misses, but the service behind the counter is always so friendly and kind and what puts it over the top. I do despise the paper straws, but I understand the environmental impact, and I did find that they added a few sparse plastic straws, which I took advantage of. I love coming here.“

Sometimes the line gets insanely long though and it’s a tiny space so there’s not really anywhere to stand much less sit. The staff is mostly students working for the summer so it’s not the most efficient, but they’re friendly :)“

I had a great experience here, and I want to specifically shout out Nate for his outstanding customer service.
From the moment I walked in, Nate was attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. In a fast-paced environment like this, it’s easy for service to feel rushed but Nate stayed patient, professional, and locked in the whole time.
He made sure my order was correct, handled everything smoothly, and kept a positive attitude throughout. That kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the experience better overall.
Good customer service is rare these days, but Nate definitely sets the standard. I appreciate the effort and the way he represents the team.
I’ll definitely be back.“

“Due to the grandkids we mostly get pizza from the usual places. Last night my daughter got pizza from Moto and offered me a piece. . Nashville hot brisket. Delicious. I thought about this the next day and I looked up menu. Yum I will order again to try other specialties. So good!“

“I stopped into this Dunkin’ location recently and was genuinely impressed. The store is spotless — everything from the counters to the dining area is clean and well-maintained, which isn’t something you see everywhere these days. The staff here is consistently fast, courteous, and on top of things, even during busy hours.
A special shoutout to the manager, Tony. He’s incredibly friendly, always visible on the floor, and quick to jump in if anyone needs help. You can tell he runs the place with pride because the whole operation feels smooth and welcoming.
Overall, one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!“

“They need another person in the morning. The kid working kept apologizing because they were backed up. 2 people are not enough at 7 with all the mobile orders; food orders and drinks. I watched people leave the line or not even come in because they saw the backup from the window. The 2 people working were doing the best they could.“
