I watched people leave the line or not even come in because they saw the backup from the window. The 2 people working were doing the best they could.“

“I was in the area for work & stopped in not once but twice! Both times stopping in I decided to try something new. The coffee was great. The second time they were roasting the beans on site. Staff is friendly, moose pie, americano, and white mocha is great.“

You have to be prepared to call in about 30 minutes in advance because they are busy, but it’s worth the wait. They are always friendly and accommodating…love the Deli!“

“I had dinner here on 4/30/26 and I was so impressed. There were three of us and we all had incredible food. The spicy feta cheese appetizer was so good and I had a cod, scallop, shrimp combo with roasted peppers and lemon potato slices. Cooked to perfection. and then came the selection of desserts - Wow! I didn't have a cocktail, but my friends did and they loved the cocktails and wine they chose. Service as excellent - very personal. I will definitely be going back and bringing more people to experience this treasure of a restaurant. Highly recommend and I can be very critical of food. This restaurant was worth the money.“

“My favorite location, building architecture and atmosphere. Like to get my coffee and go down the hill and check out the Canal. Mature trees by drive thru window( correctly pruned to raise canopy) are a big part of the “Solid feel” of this one.“

“Love this place always meet friends or stopping in to get coffee after a walk. But today we were a little disappointed in the fish tacos, they were bland and lot of juice from too much of something. Maybe from the pickled onions on top with the salsa? Not sure. But waitress was nice we mentioned it to her, and she was willing get us something else, but we said no appreciate it though. we just used a fork to eat the fish. Fries were good!“

From the moment I walked in, Nate was attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. In a fast-paced environment like this, it’s easy for service to feel rushed but Nate stayed patient, professional, and locked in the whole time.
He made sure my order was correct, handled everything smoothly, and kept a positive attitude throughout. That kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the experience better overall.
Good customer service is rare these days, but Nate definitely sets the standard. I appreciate the effort and the way he represents the team.
