I had a great experience here, and I want to specifically shout out Nate for his outstanding customer service.
From the moment I walked in, Nate was attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. In a fast-paced environment like this, it’s easy for service to feel rushed but Nate stayed patient, professional, and locked in the whole time.
He made sure my order was correct, handled everything smoothly, and kept a positive attitude throughout. That kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the experience better overall.
Good customer service is rare these days, but Nate definitely sets the standard. I appreciate the effort and the way he represents the team.

“This is my favorite starbucks in new england. The manager on duty was so kind and the best barista i’ve seen in a while. When I visit the cape i dream of coming to this establishment. I was there at 1pm on 7/26/26 so if you were working a shift that day i hope you know how appreciated you are.“
