“The young man with the brown curly hair, usually in a pony tail (I apologize for not catching his name), is a customer service dream! He is always pleasant, kind, informative and greets us with a smile. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the team here but he is literally the only employee who has ever given my family and I a pleasant experience.“
“I would have given this store a five star rating but. After ordering my drink and while waiting for my food I kindly asked joanne If she could double toast my hasbrowns. Although she was going to package some that we're just in the warmer for how long who knos but after I asked she sort of frantically with an attitude grabbed new ones an cooked them. Now the point to this review is after I get my food an apologize for my inconvenience I go to leave an say "have a great day ladies" in return theres no response. Well normaly I try to be polite an not bash people or freak if something goes wrong. All in all if you dont like your line of work find a new job because all ik even if im in a different line of work then the woman who made my food the number one rule is THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT“
“This is my local Dunkin and I always see them working fast and hard to make the mobile orders. They have very friendly staff in my opinion, they have always said please and thank you and had friendly conversations. They have convenient and clean bathrooms too! I see a lot of folks working here who speak English as a second language and they are working hard to learn and I think this a good fast paced environment for them to do so. Keep up the good work!“
“Long line at DD drive thru next door... Honey Dew is tucked behind the adjacent Shell has station and I drove right up, ordered and was on my way without a single car in front of me and coffee was on par with anything I'd get at DD. and the nice girl gave my puppy a milk bone! So you know the pooch will appreciate the trip too.“

“This was the second of the three Dunkin's we visited on our New England trip. It is in Falmouth but east of the center of downtown, not far from my favorite coffee shop. There are Dunkin locations all over but many are tiny and inside places like gas stations. Do yourself a favor and go to a stand alone full service Dunkin, especially if you actually want a genuine Dunkin Donut. Which is in fact the.ONLY reason I go. I don't like the coffee, and I have other places where I like the breakfast sandwiches and even out west it is not even a REAL Dunkin Donut. Those are factory baked and shipped regionally to stores who merely fill, or decorate to serve. At least in the Boston and RI area they are baked reasonably local though not live each morning in each store anymore. But at least you can see and taste that they are fresh. It's why I come here when I'm in the area. I grew up getting them fresh in New England, especially when I was in Boston and the suburbs, and you can smell the difference when you walk in the door. I always have one of my traditional choices, the powdered sugar jelly filled, the powdered sugar lemon filled or the glazed version of these or of the munchkins. On this trip east, I had one of each, I think here inFalmouth, I had a powdered sugar lemon filled, my all time favorite choice and not offered everywhere. In other areas where my coffee shop is nearby, close enough to walk between them, I have been known to get both options to consume together.“
“The most delicious donut I've ever had in my life! Seriously, this is much more than your average donut. The donuts are so attractive, succulent, and oh so tasty. They're very light and taste fresh. There are so many choices for all palettes. My grand children love going there, and so does grandma!!“
