At Dunkin it seems they have a cashier who only takes orders and another clerk who waits for the slip to print to make the coffee. Here one may asl you what you want while another starts pouring your coffee and the third rings you up so you are in and out quickly.“

“This is small Dunkins across from Carver Elementary school, has both drive in & go into shop availability right now. When I was there it was congested, but still got order in record time. Do people really not tip ?? Girl seemed unsure,like not used to getting it...that's just wrong. You order in minutes & expect perfect food by the time your vehicle gets from order station to pick up window (maybe 15ft?)“
“Love this Dunkin'. I'll typically come here twice a week. It gets busy as they're right off the highway. The way the parking lot & drive-thru are set up, there is usually plenty of room to park & drive out even if it is busy with the drive-thru line backed up. The staff do their best to get everyone in & out while providing great customer service. I use mobile ordering & never have issues with my orders. Food usually comes out nice & hot - sometimes the wake-up wraps aren't assembled the best, but I can fix that myself. One time, they didn't have the ingredients to make the chai latte I wanted, so they suggested an alternative with what they did have & threw in 2 free donuts for the inconvenience.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkins and love that it’s 24 hours. I just wish it was a little closer to my home ?. All the Dunks near my house close early. Closing at 7 is ridiculous. So like I said this one is 24 hours and the people that work here are very hard working to get you in and out. “I patroned this Dunkin yesterday 8/20 and took a hard fall on the parking curb. An employee came out to help me instantly, she checked on me and bandaged me up she’s a LPN I didn’t catch her name but wanted to thank her again for her care and patience.
