Food came out really fast, despite how busy they were (30 minute wait on Sunday morning) The waitress was very friendly. It has such a cozy atmosphere, like you're in a New Hampshire log cabin!“

“Its probably the biggest Dunkin's I've ever seen. It's very spacious and has a comfortable inside sitting area. It's a perfect spot for having a meeting - even regarding sensitive material because there is so much space that a private conversation can easily be had.“

Not all Dunkin's are created equal, but let me tell you, this drive-through Dunkin' located beside a Mobil gas station that also serves amazing pizza slices is the absolute best in the area! Unfortunately, it's currently closed for renovations, and I have to travel further to get my daily dose of a well-toasted bagel with cream cheese. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster! But the staff at this Dunkin' are consistently excellent, accommodating, and simply delightful. They make me feel welcome and happy every time I pull up to the drive-through with my mobile order, even if I arrive after an unreasonable amount of time. In comparison, other Dunkin' locations in Plymouth and Kingston just don't measure up. Their staff doesn't understand what well-toasted means, and they seem to want me to get into a terrible accident while attempting to open a cream cheese packet. Come on, Plymouth and Kingston Dunkin's, step up your game and take a cue from this amazing Dunkin'!“
“I work here currently and I completely get why people say we’re super slow.. but y’all do realize that there’s another Dunkin’ Donuts 2 minutes down the road towards McDonald’s and there’s ANOTHER 5 minutes away in Manomet? If you don’t feel like waiting in line, go to either of the other ones.It’s hard to understand exactly how difficult it is to make so many personalized orders in such a short time. People barely ever tip, are really snippy and entitled, and get huge orders.Most of these bad reviews are very explainable but the people commenting them don’t listen. I love the other staff members here and we have a very nice manager. I love this place, even though working there (as most coffee shops and/or Dunkin’ Donuts) can be difficult.“

However, with so many reviews dunking on this Dunkin I thought I’d say it’s a fine Dunkin.It’s well staffed, took all of 20 seconds to get my hot black, and maybe 2 mins to get my sandwich. The food and coffee were up to Dunkin standards. The place was clean. No complaints.“
“This restaurant is the BEST local breakfast place. Service is always excellent no matter what server you get! Very consistent and the girls are all friendly. The food is always prepared very well with large portions. I have been a customer since the start of the business and have never had one bad meal or service.“
