“We stopped in with our hockey team this weekend—parents, coaches, and players—and everyone loved the food and drinks! The menu variety and quality far exceeded expectations. Our only suggestion would be to consider allowing split checks; not being able to do so made things tricky for a large group. Otherwise, the staff and experience were wonderful, and we’d happily return when we are back in the area.“

“I’m at a loss for words, this is maybe one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the country. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by a friendly “hi can I help you!”. We ordered our food and were only in line for a minute or two on a busy morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our large order, and gave us PLENTY of napkins. This Dunkin is exactly why my family moved to Abington, the community here is what makes Abington a special place . RUN don’t walk to this place!!!!❤️“

“Double drive-through! They have TWO drive-through windows, one on each side of the building, and it looks like they open the second lane during busy times. It was hopping while I was there, but the drive-through lines moved very quickly. Food and coffee were just as I ordered. (The bacon was a little under-cooked compared to other Dunks, but it wasn't bad.)Tip this fine crew well. They deserve it!“

“I come here often and haven't had any issues. Dunkin coffee isn't very good so I lean in and get cream and sugar and a flavor swirl like mocha or caramel. I like to try the limited edition/seasonal flavors. The iced coffee is highly caffeinated. Pleasant staff.

Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “I was in here when there was a woman screaming at the cashier when that she walked all the way here in the heat and they got her order wrong. The two gentleman behind the counter kept their composure and professionalism as they tried to resolve the situation. She then left in a car. I commend the staff of their patience and desire to make the customer happy even when it feels undeserved and I hope the manager gives them proper recognition of their hard work.“

I would like to share an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location with my daughter. A customer became involved in a dispute with the staff due to an extended wait time. The customer proceeded to use derogatory language towards the staff, prompting the manager to intervene. The manager explained that the location was short-staffed due to three employees being in training and that the customer was the only individual complaining. The manager then politely asked the customer to leave and not return, citing the availability of other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area. The customer's behavior escalated further, and she became irate upon being asked to leave. The customer's use of profanity in front of her child was particularly disturbing. As a regular customer at this location, I have never experienced any issues or witnessed such behavior. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and was left with no choice but to refund the customer's order and ask her not to return. The manager also made it clear that any future incidents would result in law enforcement involvement. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager provided me with a complimentary order of 25 Munchkins, which I had purchased while waiting for the situation to resolve. I appreciate the manager's commitment to supporting her staff and maintaining a positive environment. The manager's actions were entirely justified, and I commend her for her professionalism. This Dunkin' Donuts location will continue to be my preferred establishment, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire staff. Their dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere is truly commendable.“

“This Pembroke Center St Dunkin location is amazing. They have it down to a fine art. On 9/30/2026 at 9:51am I ordered a medium Iced Dunkalatte, a bacon Wake-Up-Wrap, and some loaded hash browns and oh my daysssss did they load up those hash browns. PERFECT! Cheese in every bite. Wake-Up-Wrap was consistent and the Dunkalatte HAS seen better days but was still fabulous (they set the standards high). Thank you so much you guys started my day off with a bang.“
