Ordered a dozen donuts and a Large hot Cappuccino with 3 Caramel and Whole milk.I received two half-half dozen boxes and neither were sealed closed (which is fine, I’ll do the work for you I guess).The cappuccino was MARKED for 1 caramel and there wasn’t even a drop of caramel in it. Only issue I have is with the weekend over night woman who works there. I ordered a coffee and wanted something to eat. She told me she was to busy and didn't have time to make it. She is very very slow.

It's not just this location, it's the whole brand. Went to grab a quick lg iced tea, just lemon, and was told "we don't carry lemon"... Excuse me I've been ordering just lemon iced tea for twenty years...yes you do. Not to mention I JUST had one not that long ago. I get corners are cut to save money and no one wants to work, but a lemon? Didn't stick around to ask if they really cut lemon out or it was just bad training. Brand has really gone down hill.
