So good
I was in here when there was a woman screaming at the cashier when that she walked all the way here in the heat and they got her order wrong. The two gentleman behind the counter kept their composure and professionalism as they tried to resolve the situation. She then left in a car. I commend the staff of their patience and desire to make the customer happy even when it feels undeserved and I hope the manager gives them proper recognition of their hard work.
The cleanest bathroom I've ever been to at a Dunkin. 😃
