This location just made a major update including a new and better main building. The drive thru is triple the original size with additional kiosks.

I come here almost all the time. Most of the workers are really friendly besides their grimey, scary looking manager who obviously hates her job but the workers make my drink right almost everytime.I seen this older worker get screamed at to spray bagel pans at 8:27 in the morning. The manager gotta go that’s all I gotta say.

Service is slow at the drive through. Don't know about inside. It was pretty busy, and the for the coffee order right.

Heard a lot about dunkin as the staple coffee go to in America, were from England. Bit disappointed with the coffee but we like ours strong, the service however was lovely, the staff were super friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast we ordered ?

I love to scoff at Dunkin's, but New England swears by it and their mobile app is sooooo addictive when it comes to discounts and bonus points offers. And since this outlet is right on 3A, it's convenient for a quick, cheap, if bland cuppa joe; an equally cheap, if borderline empty and airy donut; or a quick, ultra-zapped hot item. Service at the drive-thru has been quick and efficient whenever I've stopped by, and it's a decent go-to while on my way to and from a gym in Hingham that's nicer than the ones closer to where I actually live.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

The staff here is hard working and accommodate when possible. Cut them some slack when things get crazy busy. They are amazing.

Stood at the front of the line for a good 5-7 minutes on an early Sunday afternoon. The long haired young man behind the counter didn't take my order or even bother to acknowledge me. Instead he avoided eye contact and cleaned. I appreciate cleanliness but why not at least let the person know it's going to be a few minutes? Or at least attempt not to be a complete j**** This loyal customer will choose another location or just support another business.

Ordered online for drive-through pickup. We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage. Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and wanted American cheese and they put white cheddar. I used to be a late night supervisor at Dunkin's on 3A and don't understand how you can read a order, and not make the order to what it's supposed to be. This isn't the first time this store is messed up our order. We usually go to the Quincy one on Franklin Street because we get better service with the things we actually want in our order. But with this one being right up the street it's a little more convenient. We actually have one closer to us but we stopped going to that one too because that one also always messed up our orders. It's a shame the people making the the drinks and sandwiches can't even do that correctly. It's honestly not brain science. And it shows that some people don't care about their jobs and just care about the paycheck and the money they're getting for the job they're not doing well.

Awful, awful, awful experience! I i’ve never seen such laziness, ignorance, and just horrible for CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes while 2 employee’s, one of whom I presume is the manager… just standing right in front of me chitchatting. As if I wasn’t even there. Not to mention the complete and utter look of total misery on her face of just being there. Really just a poor look for Dunks. So disappointed.
