“Pretty good and consistent Dunkins', which is very important to me. It seems the staff changes a lot so it's hard to develop a remembrance for both sides, (like knowing my order and name after going there for over a year!) As for the atmosphere, there are some things I do not like about their staff and I sometimes leave with a boggled mind. I know other people might have different opinions but I really don't want my food handed to me by the bearded lady! Does anyone else feel the same?!Kid-friendliness: I don't know if "kid friendly" is an accurate description but I can say that children under a certain age should not be subjected to LGBTQ issues and or politics whether it's audible or visionary. I know Dunkin Donuts isn't a place where children find adults to look up to but their minds do take in EVERYTHING they see, especially while their brains are still developing. I really don't feel like explaining political issues to my Son after leaving Dunkins'!“
“Came in to grab a few things. Employees were very kind. I noticed my ice coffee was made wrong but I still would've drink anyways and they realized it wasn't correct also and changed it for me. “The person who took my order was super nice. I didn't see what I wanted in the display case so she got them customized for me. They are very creative with their decorations. “Got a late night craving for donuts. Came out with my partner and son. Owner was busy making an order. Told us to give him a few minutes. It's chilly out so we went back to the car. We placed an order for a milkshake, 5 donuts and a small iced coffee. He told us 7 minutes. We went back to the car. When the order was done, he told us he added 2 extra donuts for the wait. (Super sweet). My kid is in the back happy about his milkshake and I'm currently happy about my donuts as we head back home. Super friendly, great customer service and tasty donuts.“

“I stopped by the gas station with my husband to buy a bottle of water and we saw a cafe inside selling Latin food, so we decided to have a little snack there. We were skeptical because of the location but we were surprised the food was delicious! We ordered a horchata(drink), an empanada and a pork pupusa. My husband really liked the empanada and I liked the pupusa but we both agreed that the horchata was too good. The prices are great, the store in general is clean and they are friendly. They also sell tacos, burritos, and shakes. I highly recommend this place.“

“Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks could NEVER! Supreme Donuts has the BEST breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. Their eggs are real and they stuff their sandwiches and use real cheese.They have the most delicious (and big!) muffins, bagels and donuts.Their coffee is amazing and they have tons of flavors! They even put it in hot cups for you instead of those cheap plastic ones. Supreme is a hidden gem! “Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn't wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. The ladies at the counter saw the drink and couldn't believe it. They knew who had made it without me even finishing my story lol! They made a replacement and were extremely nice and apologized for the mistake, which is usually uncommon for a mistake like this to be made here. Thank you so very much! “I went thru the drive up and got a breakfast wrap and a specialty hot coffee to go.Neither was more than 'meh' in my opinion. Maybe because I haven't been in a while, so I expected it to be better? I'm not sure, but I was disappointed and didn't finish either of them.A few days prior, I had stopped by the same Dunkins drive up for 4 glazed donuts for my grandsons' after school treat. “today i went to dunkin in whitman with my sister and had a great experience with James! our drink was a little off and when i asked for a new one i felt so bad, but they made it with no worries! they even fixed the other drink so my sister and i could both enjoy! they were so kind and a great example for their other coworker, who asked to watch how to prepare our refresher. all the other workers on this shift were all doing good too! joking around with each other and getting everything done quick, great people! if you visit this dunkin and see James make sure to throw some money in that tip jar, they're doing great!“
