Maybe from the pickled onions on top with the salsa? Not sure. But waitress was nice we mentioned it to her, and she was willing get us something else, but we said no appreciate it though. we just used a fork to eat the fish. Fries were good!“

“I absolutely love going into any Marylou's, but this store is nice and bright, welcoming, and you are greeted within seconds of entering. The employees are smiling and happy to help: I don't usually look for changes to my go-to iced coffee, but when I needed some help deciding, the employee was patient and helpful (not pushy!) I was able to convey what I had in mind, they knew exactly what I was looking for. No time to go inside? There's a drive-thru. The employees are always very nice through the microphone as well. Even if the line is long, they can keep it moving.

“My favorite location, building architecture and atmosphere. Like to get my coffee and go down the hill and check out the Canal. Mature trees by drive thru window( correctly pruned to raise canopy) are a big part of the “Solid feel” of this one.“

“The drink was good, but the customer service was disappointing. My app showed that my order was ready, so I politely asked if my drink was available. The young barista responded with an impatient attitude and kept making unfriendly facial expressions. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me received their drinks before I did, while I was still waiting. Overall, the drink was nice, but the service made the experience unpleasant.“

“I patroned this Dunkin yesterday 8/20 and took a hard fall on the parking curb. An employee came out to help me instantly, she checked on me and bandaged me up she’s a LPN I didn’t catch her name but wanted to thank her again for her care and patience. “They need another person in the morning. The kid working kept apologizing because they were backed up. 2 people are not enough at 7 with all the mobile orders; food orders and drinks. I watched people leave the line or not even come in because they saw the backup from the window. The 2 people working were doing the best they could.“
