“This is my local Dunkin'. The drive through is five stars - fast, efficient, and my order is always correct. Due to the size of my work truck I have to park and use the interior counter and the service just isn't up to par. My impression is that the newer people staff the interior register and are not thoroughly familiar with the machine. Still, the food and coffee is up to the Dunkin' standard and I visit often.“
“We went to The Baker for the first time after a friend highly recommended it and it was AMAZING! We had lunch (steak and cheese and the tuna melt) with a cookies and cream cookie and everything was delicious. The coffee was also A+. And shout out to Alexandria, who took our order and gave us all the insider tips, including how to reserve a chicken pot pie, which we heard gets sold out within minutes of opening. “So here is my pros and cons I love old school diners/ coffee shop I even love the old cigarette machine everything looks cool when I went in with my friend this Sunday morning And believe me the donuts were delicious to bring home coffee was not bad my only complaint was service My friend wanted the donut and he didn't get his donut We ordered everything that was there and I was charged And I felt like I was being rushed Also there was no napkins around and I asked for some and the girl that was doing the food was being a little cocky and saying that she'll get to us when she can And she even gave us a food that we didn't even ordered I probably will be back there but not anytime soon but I do support business just not as early as that time“
“A nice little place right at the end of the rail trail. They serve Acushnet Creamery ice cream and homemade hot fudge, both of which are fantastic. Suprisingly though, my attention was drawn most to the whipped cream. It is thick and rich, and very tasty too. The service was phenominal as well. The young man at the counter was very friendly and accomodating, and all of the ice creams for my group were made and handed out quickly.“

“Service is fine and order correct, but this morning after I paid for my order at the drive-thru the cashier took my money, said thank you, closed the window and turned away without giving me the change. Granted, it was not a large amount, but it’s a little rude to just assume they can keep the change without asking if I’d like it back…I needed to get to work and didn’t want to hold up the line so I left rather than sit there and try to get her attention. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time was only a few cents so I didn’t really mind but this time it was a larger amount…it doesn’t really matter what the amount is, it’s still my money until I give you permission to keep it. It would just be nice to at least ask instead of assume…“

“When my husband and I first moved to New Bedford, Beira Mar Bakery was strictly a Portuguese bakery. Now it seems that the new owner is Brazilian and is beginning to introduce Brazilian pastries into the case! Tried a couple of things and am excited to see how the menu grows. I look forward to trying their pão francês (you can order ahead via WhatsApp) and just really happy there is finally a brazilian bakery in New Bedford!“

“My girlfriend and myself stopped in at Starbucks before we went over to Target ? to look at the Halloween ? decorations. We stopped there for the convenience and also because I could follow my dietary restrictions (just having weight loss surgery a month ago) by having one of the egg bites your establishment sells. The egg bites are my favorite thing there and don't make me sick. The woman at the counter was super accommodating even though it was less than an hour before close and she was alone, she dropped everything to help us. As someone who has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry I can really appreciate and admire that. I know how hard that is when you're trying to get the heck out of work. My girlfriend had the coffee cake and the girl asked if she wanted it heated up. She said it was amazing. We also had the frozen passion fruit pineapple tea. So good! Totally recommend! We gave her a nice tip because we know it's hard to deal with the public and she was wearing a mask and that made us feel safer too. The people she had after us were so damn rude. So I hope this review gets to her and that she knows she's appreciated! She's a great employee and I hope that as her boss, you appreciate her too.“

The food is delicious, the coffee is amazing & the smile i leave with is what really makes it worth it! I want to acknowledge one girl in specific. There’s a young girl that works mid day named Alyson, she’s awesome. i brought my autistic son in & she was a doll with him. Extremely patient while he was trying to order & even added food coloring to his drink because greens his favorite color! She took a few minutes to talk to him & ask him about his day & school & overall just took the time to see him as a person. Which to me is the biggest reason i will continue coming back here!“
