I live near buttonwood park. I could go to rockdale, speedway, one block up on kempton, etc. there’s maybe 6 dunks closer than this one to me. I go here because they’re friendly, they actually acknowledge you’re in the building (this should be policy), and most of all they’re CONSISTENT. Even when the manager I’m used to (Tito) isn’t there, things don’t change. The best in the city IMO
