Waited yesterday at the drive thru- no one waited on me - two employees outside smoking at the back door - finally drove away - go in the morning when Marty is there or don’t go at all....
Manager is extremely rude other staff is nice what happened to customers always right if i ask for cream i shouldn’t have to put it in my self because u refuse

The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience is having only one key for both men's and women's bathrooms, which can slow down the visit. Overall, Dunkin' provides a pleasant dining experience with good food and great service.
