Laura is an artist when it comes to her food concepts and the execution was flawless. One of the main dishes was tenderloin and every single piece was cooked to near perfection. I can’t say enough about what an amazing dinner she created - not to mention the creative appetizers like onion-ricotta-truffle tartlets and mushroom crostini. We had a large group of vegetarians and they equally loved the food, the vegetarian lasagna with béchamel sauce was incredible. Buffalo Jump and Coonamesset Farm’s Jamaican night (also Laura’s recipes) will be an annual tradition for us. We can’t thank her enough.”
