“My husband and I tried this last night for the first time. The large shaved angus steak burrito was amazing! It came with a tasty sauce and the steak was flavorful and tender. We also ordered their Cajun fries. All I can say is "wow!" The staff is also super friendly!!!”

“Hidden Gem! Notice all the bad reviews are from out of state. This is a great local dive and we like it that way. The place is old, the place is small and it can get crazy busy but that's how we like the Ho!! In the summer it's hard to get into and it's filled with demanding out-of-towners who act like they deserve the world and then some. This is a local place and it's the best in the off-season. That's when the Ho is at its best. Great service, good drinks, and food. I wish it stayed open later. They close at 9pm every night...way too early in my opinion especially for a bar! Hopefully, they decide to stay open a bit longer in the winter months for the locals.”

“The ambience is welcoming and unique, our server, Connor, was absolutely fantastic, and Chef J cooked delicious calamari and veal and chicken parmigiana, and the salad was great! The portions of the app, salad, and meals were amazing! Three of us shared the app and salad, and we all brought home leftovers of our parmigiana meals. The desserts were also delicious. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Soo good! We stopped in and got the Khmer Noodles, Cauliflower Wings (sweet chili garlic), and the Spicy Scallop Cucumber Bowl. They were all amazing, so flavorful and they left us feeling happy and full in the best way because the food is so fresh and not heavy.Cute place and the people working there were very kind and helpful. “This place!!! The food is outstanding. (Eggs benedict was perfect, sausage egg and cheese on french bread was delicious, the pancake was insanely good, homefries were the best we've had on Cape. Baked goods were fresh and amazing and worthy of a review all on their own.) The staff are all genuinely so kind, it felt like we were old friends catching up, like they welcomed us into their home. Conversation overheard with nearby tables confirms the kindness extends to everyone. “While at Barnstable Brewing enjoying our Jesuit Juice my husband and I ordered a pulled pork sandwich from JP's to share. It was outstanding! There were large chunks of tender pork with just the perfect amount of smokiness. I don't think I've had a better pulled pork sandwich! The accompanying fries were also spot on. We love the beer at Barnstable Brewing and now there's excellent food to boot! We'll be back for sure.”

Everyone LOVES the bar scene for a reason - but lines out the door start at 430 before they open! Their craft cocktails are memorable and their wine list is delightful. “My wife and I visited 53 Chophouse for the first time and we had an excellent experience. Jeff was our waiter and he did an outstanding job. You can tell he is a professional and he truly helped add to our dining experience. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great too. We are big fans of Cape Cod Coffee (the breakfast restaurant at this location during breakfast/lunch) and knew we had to try 53 Chophouse (the steakhouse that the restaurant transforms into for dinner time). This absolutely a place that we look forward to coming back to again. Thank you Jeff & staff for a great time.”

“Father’s is one of the first places that we went to when we first moved to the Cape and didn’t have access to a kitchen yet. We fell in love immediately and it is one of our go-to spots. I got the steak bomb sandwich, and when I got it, I noticed a hair in my sandwich and told our waitress, and she made me another new sandwich. And she apologized, and the peanut butter milkshake is delicious. I would definitely come here again. My husband and our friend liked what they got to. I wish I remembered our waitress name but she was awesome”

“Great local ice cream. Not many carry grapenut flavor but they do-my favorite. You can buy it by the quart as well. Plenty of places to sit outside. Great family place and several bring their dogs. I can't fault them for price because everyone is pretty much the same but the prices are too high. I can't imagine taking a whole family out for a cone.”

“Cafe Riverview deserves you going out of your way to support this wonderful coffee shop, sandwich and breakfast shop. Staffed with special needs young adults from the Riverview School under excellent management. You can have a great breakfast or lunch. Fantastic coffee and do something good with your dollar spent.”

For my entrée I had one of the specials, sausage and chicken carbonera on linguini. It was delicious, but I ended up bringing half of it home.I opted for bread pudding for dessert. I normally don't get dessert, but I was told the bread pudding recipe was from the owner's late mother. It was outstanding and did not disappoint.Our server was Ryan and did a great job.
