To start out with, the store had about 7 or 8 employees with most just standing around or talking amongst themselves. Then, they forgot the munchkins part of my order so I had to wait staring at them until someone finally asked if I needed anything else. Then when I got to the car, my wife informed me they messed up both the munchkins and my sandwich. The munchkins were supposed to be glazed and chocolate glazed but we received a variety. This has for a long time been my absolute favorite Dunkin' donuts. Like most people, I've gone to a lot of them. The staff are always incredibly kind and make it wonderful to be awake in the morning before having caffeine. My coffee is always the best tasting, they never make it wrong. If I go to other Duncan's the coffee is just not as good. The food is made well, never too crunchy or uncooked. I don’t understand how a Dunkin’ Donuts that is open until 8 or 9 pm is out of snackin’ bacon before 11:30am. Had to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts in Falmouth and the lady said it takes 2 minutes to make some more bacon. You guys are open for at LEAST another 8 hours and you’re done serving snackin bacon at 11:30am? Come on guys step it up.
